I like .tk cause you just remove his ads and you have got e-mail forwarding and everything for free.........

There is also http://www.uni.cc which you can use as a redirection or dns.

nic.biz.ly lets you use DNS, too. Smartdots is you.net.tc, but does an occasional pop-up. nic.biz.ly is you.biz.ly.

I don't think biz.ly has ads, either.

Or 1and1.com has $5.99/year domains (.com)
