i have more that 2 gb of web templates, so there is no availability to post url to that templates.

I've made quite a few website templates. I would post them here, but my site is down at the moment.

Is php even used for design?

It is more for server backend, and at the most, generating images.

Designing should be done in photoshop or something.

websites are designed with html only
in php you just echo those html tag
and that's it toychoq
