i heart that it is good for digestion if you fall asleep for about 20mins just after eating , is it ture??

I do know it's not healthy to eat before you sleep because your body isn't pumping your matabolism the same. It is recommended you eat several hours before actually falling asleep and stay away from midnight snacks. If you eat and fall asleep the calories and such won't be properly burned causing you to get fatter quicker :P. For me.. I just don't eat that much, and when I do eat I am usually waking up so it's complicated.
But no it isn't true to sleep 15 minutes after eating is healthy for your digestion. There's no difference if your asleep or awake but your fat stomach popping over your belt will be your sign as it isn't healthy for you.
