Is the program Rapid-Q BASIC compiler a good program?

thats the link to get it, it says it makes a prgoram just one .EXE file...

I want to know if it would make putting out the program easier too.

It's a BASIC compiler.. and it's specilized for GUI's. ANY basic compiler <that i know of> will compile exe's. :P

I think they mean what does compiling mean..

What exactly does the program do? Such as how does it work to compile files into a single exe. Put some examples down, such as certain files you would compile into a single exe.

Compile - The act of piling more than one computer file into a single file, such as a .exe/.rar that extracts files to a certain location, you have to compile them to make them work properly.

you might want to check out Bloodhound C++ compiler its pretty easy to use and its free!
