Yes, sure, you can. Each table can have it's own prefix, like in this example:
music _news
music _users
forum _news
forum _users

Does Access have web side systems like MySQL? I learned Access in school, but I don't use it out side of class. I have nothing to make into a DB, unless I'm doing webdesign so I use MySQL.
And does MySQL or any SQL system have an offline system?

Oh! database is to be created in the panel. Like cpanel leads u to creat database if needed.
