AMD Athlon 64-Bit/512K L2 Cache/1600 Mhz FSB/ try to get one about 2.2ghz. The processor speed doesn't matter when it comes to performance, AMD stomps Intel's butt until the newer chips come out.

If your on a budget go with an AMD Sempron64 2800+ with 1600Mhz FSB and 256KB L2 Cache, not only are they cheap in price but the performance stomps Celerons and Pent4's. Just stay away from Intel Celerons.

pentium or athalon are both sufficient processors however I think maybe the athalon will last the longest....i guess it all depends on the person and their ability to break processors...:)

I always prefer Intel Processors. Intel is the inventor of the x86 processor family. Their processors can easily tap the raw power of the processors for the applications to use them effeciently.

it's not that strange to see a pc without a hard disk these days, cause you can have a website run on an OS from a flash memory, cd or another computer OS ona LAN
