Hallo lads and lasses, this is Viraneth. I've known this site since a little after it blinked into existence, as I spent some time managing an old friend's account when they couldn't get on. If you need anything regarding hosting then I'd suggest making a post about it first. If you don't get nothing back on the forums within 24 hours then SHAdmin will most likely be happy to assist you.
The only reason I suggest posting on the forums is most things can be fixed through the members who've had that experience before. It also lessens the work load on SHAdmin a bit because he's always working to improve Smokyhosts
