Building Sims?

Hey,
Does anyone know of any building sims where you actualy construct the building? I've played Sim Tower and it was cool but it wasn't what I had in mind, So, I'm not refering to say building a shopping mall for example where you place the shops and the building grows, I mean where you actualy construct the building itself

Last time I played this games. But I could not understand how to play properly this game. Its something complex !!
