Hamachi is for games that allow multiplayer function to work in online fashion.
Online: internet
multiplayer: Lan or internet

In wc3, there is no online function, only battlenet. Another alternative is to use hamachi and play in lan mode.

I didn't know that. I thought WC3 was based on online users fighting each other and other bull. I thought I read something about someone killing someone because they sold their rare sword.

I think that is World Of Warcraft you are talking about. That is a real bull...
Firstly, I couldn't understand that game, watched my friends played hours and hours doing the same thing over and over again.
Secondly, power leveling, whereby you can pay someone who has absolutely no life to level up your char for you, is illegal and yet common.
Thirdly, the game is damn expensive, a full game price for each expansion? And monthly $25 subscription.

There is just too many bad things in this game that I don't wanna talk about.
