Some say you need to be really good at photoshop, illustrator etc but for me as a graphic design student its all about creativity. Because photoshop and that is just a tool to help with your creativity and you can easily learn these, but having creativity isn't!

search and learn from google, too many graphic/gfx tutorials, tips & tricks in this cyber world

keep trying, trying, and trying
every time you trying, your skill is increase slowly..
