Photoshop for Website

I have been wondering if possible to use Photoshop to create a whole full functional website,is it possible? if yes,can anyone help me on tutorial on how to go about designing a very functional full website.

i will really appreciate it if anyone can help me on this.

Eeek. I have no idea.
I was looking at some of the tutorials they have...
It seems hard. And a lot of the professional web design businesses seem to suck. But it must be hard to design all your materials from scratch...
