this is a second level domain name so it can't change the ns I think.

As fas as I know, uni.cc also have ns setting for each domain. But I don't know, are they still provide it or not.

first..they can be parked anywhere..
second.. they are free and their ns can be changed at anytime.
third..they are still available..
fourth..it takes about 24 hours to work when ns is changed..depending on your ISP.

I think domains like that looks really bad for a serious website, why not spend like $10 to get an .com domain instead? Or atleast http://www.dot.tk
