I do not see anywhere to submit a ticket for a tech to check into the issue, or if there is any announcement like the server I'm on is undergoing maintenance.
My suggestion is to make it clear to new users how to go about submitting a support request/ticket. There could be a link in the cpanel skin, or a forum section here for it?
Does the contact link in the footer inside cpanel go to the proper place to receive hosting support from SmokyHosts? I guess not, trying that didn't work.
Perhaps in the future with the updates and whatnot, it might be possible to create a separate department in your ticket system, and allow access to it only to free hosting users at a cost of points/posts here.
