This message indicates that some of the windows files has been loaded..might be they are creating the problem..so first go to ur system drive then go to ur programm file then delete the office folder and try to reinstall office again..

Thanx for posting this...but i have also idea..just go to the C drive of ur sytem..then format it ..no need to format other drive..then load windows vista on c drive..the other drive of ur system upgraded automatically...
