jasondsouza, you have to realize that most of the time when the server is down it is beyond SHAdmin's control and we just have to live with that.

As said above, you do not need to place any ads for Smokyhosts. But if you are placing your own ads, I would advise no pop-ups and to keep them towards the bottom of the page.
