Sometimes you can’t get around having a website that doesn’t validate. So long as there isn’t a security issue, and the users don’t notice.

As Alwahsh mentioned, the title of fastest is subjective. Benchmarks vary between what is tested, and different processors are optimized differently. So there isn’t really a fastest at everything; if that was what you were asking.
