Personally I cant blame the other search provider's for being crappy. its the same story thorough the world. Some one comes up with and Idea then the guy with alot of money buys it or steals it then throws money at it until its the best. This is a classic sign of this with google and its enterprise.

It is very hard to find tutorials specific to a function for the new languages.
I would suggest looking around for free login scripts of forum scripts witch use Ajax and picking it apart.

I have learned tonnes by learning from example.

On that Note it wouldn't be to hard for cpanel or a billing system custom coded would be able to read and write info tho the vb database and table that hosts the credit info. so it wouldn't be to hard if you hard a forum created in cpanel witch could connect your cpanel account with your vb account...

There are many free hosting panels and auto installers out there on the web.
if fantastico or any of the other SHAdmin mentioned are simply not what you need
there are a wealth of free ones. GOOGLE
