I'm also surprised that SHAdmin didn't suspend my hosting service here for inactivity. Not that I'm complaining - I plan to use it until I can purchase a hosting package again - and it will help being able to host other domains here aswell.

If you're still watching the boards, SHAdmin, thanks.

I have a 512k DSL connection. When I download files through firefox they are downloaded at 15-25kbs/sec but with download managers I get around 50-60kbs/sec. Can anyone please advise me if possible that how to increase the download speed of firefox? I would advise removing firefox and re-installing...

I don't expect larabee to amount to much unless Intel can fix the problem with texture decompression, 40 times slower than a dedicated unit is not acceptable. Until I see good results, I'm sticking with ATi.

Re: My recent inactivity

Hi everyone, - [INDENT]Sorry I've been gone for a long time, I've been very busy with my university studies. I've finished two sets of exams now :-) I'm in a degree program in Computer Studies, and so far I've had 4 units. One in Information Technology (Was easy :)), one was "Introduction to Pr...

Yeah, I know. It's just the Omnia is so tempting with it's 16GB of storage and Windows Mobile 6.1, I wanted to make sure though that it wasnt just a phone that looked good and actually functioned poorly.

Hey lol. First of all I'm not trying to bash your dreams or make you change your future plans. However, take this: of all the people I know, no one has ever follow their "planned" future. There is too much changes and temptations in life and sometimes (most of the time) you will be forced...

Well, I'm getting the phone on contract, and it's going to be AU$45/month (including the plan and the phone, $150credit per month) And I don't think I could go higher than that. I used to have an LG Viewty phone, which was REALLY good. But it's broken :(

Eh, I don't think it's junk :P I've already planned out my career, but it might not work that way in the end. I'm planning on making loads of computer programs, and fixing people's computers without cheating them like 99% do. Example: They claim they have to format the entire computer to fix it, whe...

I'm getting a new phone...

I'm looking around for a new phone, because my Viewty is broken, and I was thinking of the Samsung i900 (Omnia). Has anyone here used the phone? If so, is it reliable? My Viewty's battery kept dying for no reason at all, and I don't want that to happen when I buy a new one.

I see evidence of pre-planned animal action in my own home. My cat does stuff like that to me :P (Though obviously not throwing rocks, cause he only has paws)
