http://www.lissaexplains.com gives a really good basic tutorial. also, html's just those things that you kind of have to learn yourself (if you don't want to like copy codes from sites...but there's only so far you can go with those too) but it takes a lot of practice...i'm still not really good at...

CSS and HTML are very similiar, but css is a lot easier to work with and stuff. with css, you can have like an external file where if you change that, all the web pages (linked to that external file) will change, so it's a lot easier than html. i think http://www.lissaexplains.com gives a pretty goo...

i've never tried to make my own forum but there's websites (such as bravenet.com) that give you free forums. id on't know how good they are...but i'm pretty sure you're going to have to know how to customize it yourself and stuff...it's not really easy stuff i'm sure of that

is that your code?? umm are you like trying to make an email form, where people fill it out send it and the form gets sent to your email (or wherever you want it to go)?? i think bravenet ( http://www.bravenet.com ) gives a free tutorial...**** on the email forms icon and i think you have to install...

use like notepad and you can add html to it...it's really not that hard. then you can find a web host (have you found one already? i dunno) and you can just copy and paste everything =]

freewebs.com gives you like this program thing where whatever you type up will show up and you'll be able to see what you're doing without having to save it and preview it and stuff it's really easy. but notepad = the best cause it's really easy to look at and i always use it ^_^ or maybe i'm jsut a...
