Only the newest versions. You can check out non encoded older versions form the Products page.

And you only need Zend Optimizer to run the encoded script. it is encoded with phpCipher

not really,PHP would be a much better way,but that is no sure way to prevent programs from overloading your server,so i suggest the mail() function
