well ie 6 has a pop up blocker build into it, go tools---->internet option---->privacy block popup
plus u can always download google toolbar, it blaock all the pop ups you want
but still firfox, being an open source program is always better

yeah change it to jpeg compressed, if you don't know how to do this, fallaw these steps:

1-open the file with a gfx program like photoshop or image ready, Fireworks.....
2-go File---->export image, the type anyname youwant with the following extansion .jpg example: darko.jpg

maybe, you could consider adding more, sections to the forums, like, a sport section, a political section, maybe even an e-fed, that a wrestling federation, that would bring alot more traffice to the side!
